Sarda Metals and Alloys Ltd constructed Sarda Kala Vedika at Police Welfare English Medium School at Vizianagaram under CSR for developing children in all cultural activities. Smt. M.Deepika-Superintendent of Police, Vizianagaram inaugurated Sarda Kala Vedika and addressed the children to utilize the stage and develop the skills from student stage. Mr. M.M.Solomon (Additional SP) and Sri. Universe (DSP) also participated in the Inauguration ceremony. Mr.Prabhat Mohan (Sr.GM HR) said that we are focussing on CSR activities towards children education as they are future of nation. Mr. Vijay Bhaskar (Sr.GM Civil), Mr.H.Sanyasi Rao (DGM HR) and others participated in this program.

Sarda Metals & Alloys Ltd. has conducted mega tree plantation program on the occasion of world environment day. Organization's Sr.GM-HR Mr.Prabhat Mohan addressed locals of kantakapalli the importance of planting trees and called everyone to participate in this event. Around 320 saplings were planted. Other HOD's of the organization MR.Anath Kumar, Mr.Satrughan Singh, Mr.Vijaya Bhaskar, Mr.Sanyasi Rao & School Principal Mr.M Ramana participated in this event.

Sarda Metals and Alloys Ltd.once again proved its responsibility towards road safety. On Saturday Organization has donated road barriers to Kothavalasa Police Station as part of CSR to prevent road accidents.CI Mr.Chandra Sekhar inaugurated the road Safety program & said that we can control the road accidents by keeping the stoppers on accident prone areas and we can save the human lives.Mr.Sanyasi Naidu(DGM-HR), Mr.Shankararao and Mr. Santosh Kumar from SMAL participated in this Program.

Sarda Metals & Alloys Ltd District (VZM) level Volleyball 3 days Tournament concluded today, 1st prize won by L Kota Mandal, 2nd prize won by Kothavalasa Mandal, 3rd prize won by VZM Mandal and 4th prize won by Jami Mandal. Shri. K. Srinivasa Rao MLA garu S. Kota handed over the prizes with shield to winning teams and he addressed to public that Sarda Metals & Alloys Ltd doing grate activities under CSR. And facilitatating infrastructure, rural development activities and encouraging sports players, it is very apperasitable. SMAL has conducted a mega medical camp at kantakapalli grama sachivalayam as a part of CSR activities, recieved huge response from all around. SMAL Sr.GM Mr.Prabhat Mohan inaugurated this event around 270 locals benefitted.Orthopedic, asthma, general physician & several medical profesionals contributed their voluntary service in this mega medcial camp. Sarda Metals has organized Mandal level volleyball tournament at ZP High School, Kantakapalli. About 42 teams participated in this mega event. This mega touney was conducted for 3 days as part of CSR activities.  has started off the event. In finals, Denderu team defeated Oddupeta and became the title winner. SMAL Sr.GM(HR) Mr.Prabhath Mohan has handed over the cheque to winners team of Rs One Lack. Runner Up team(Oddupeta) recieved Rs.Fifty thousand as second Prize. Mr.Prabhath Mohan has distributed volleyball kits to all 41 teams & participation certificates. Kothavalasa MLA Sri Kadubandi Srinivasarao & others paricipated in this mega tourney. 

Sarda Metals & Alloys orgranization has once again proved that they come first in charity. On 27th November 2023, the organization has donated 45 Steels chairs worth Rupees one lack to King George hospital Visakhapatnam. Hospital MRMO KV.Aruna Devi & Sarda Metals HR G.Sankarrao participated in this charitable program.

Education is the key to all the locked doors of the unknown.As a part of CSR activity Sarda Metals and Alloys Ltd in collaboration with Round India Table have provided a school block of four classrooms and a RO purification plant for the students of Zilla Parishad High School, Kantakapalli, Vizianagaram. Sarda Metals & Alloys ltd. has conducted safety awareness week on the occation of national fire safety week. Organization has conducted a mock drill associating with district fire safety team to create awareness on employess on how to respond during fire accidents. Best performers were awareded. Sarda Metals & Alloys ltd has conducted Volleyball Tournament in Kothavala High School on Monday. total 34 teams participated in this tournament.Last match held between Gulivindada & Tummikapalli on wednesday And the title won by Gulivindada team. Company's DMD Neeraj Sarda issued a cheque of Rupees one lakh to winning team and gold medals & Fifty Thousand Rupees cheque to Runner up team and silver medals. Ardhaanapalem & Gollapalem teams stood at 3rd and 4th place received Ten thousand rupees cash price each.

Sarda Metals and Alloys ltd has bagged "TPM Strong Commitment Award" for the journey towards manufacturing exellence at CII award ceremony 2022 held in bangalore on 22.12.2022. Company's HR Sr.GM Prabhat Mohan & TPM Sr.Manager T.Venu participated in the event.

Sarda Metals & Alloys Ltd. has joined hands with Vizag Knights Round Table 225 to construct classrooms for ZPH school at Kantakapalli, Kothavalasa as a part of CSR activity. An estimated cost of 40 lakh rupees spent for the total construction. Neeraj Sarda, Deputy Managing Director, Sarda Metals & Alloys Ltd. was elected as chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industry(CII), Andhra Pradesh Chapter for 2022-23 at its meeting on Thursday. Earlier, he was vice chairman of CII Andhra Pradesh. He is also associated with Round Table India and was the Past Chairman of CII, Vizag Zone (2015-16) and has contributed by being part of various committees of the Confederation of Indian industry. Lakshmi Prasad, Managing Director, Sujay Biotech Pvt Ltd was elected vice chairman of CII Andhra Pradesh. He is Technical Director of Sri Biotech Lanka Pvt. Ltd. Sri Lanka.

Sarda Metals & Alloys ltd. has sponsored Bus stop for locals of Kotha Sunkarapalem, Kantakapalli. Srungavarapukota MLA Kadubandi Srinivasarao garu attended the event and thanked SMAL Management for providing bus shelter & washrooms for ZPH schools as part of CSR. Distributed Sports kits to school students. ZPTC N.Sridevi, MPP N.Gopamma along with others participated in this program.

Christopher Arvind, President of Round Table India, is of the opinion that school environment and classroom environment will improve education if it is pleasant. As per the request of Sarda Company DMD Neeraj Sarda at Kantakapalli ZP High School, Round Table India constructed extra classroom buildings at a cost of about Rs 10 lakh. New classroom buildings were inaugurated on Sunday by Mr. Arvind, Neeraj Sarda and others. Neeraj Sarda said the two buildings were constructed at a cost of Rs 12 lakh, owned by Sarda Company in association with round table last year. Arvind Kumar said round table organization has been built, 5,800 classrooms building in all over India up to now and he said Education is the main weapon to eradicate economic inequality and poverty.

Sarda Metals has launched sewing training center at kantakapalli. The initiative was launched by surpanch Madina Lakshmi. On this occasion she added women of kantakapalli should utilize this great opportunity provided by SMAL for women self employment. AGM Sanyasi Rao attended the event and said SMAL provided six sewing machines, a batch with with 12 women can be able to learn this training . Also he added computers will be provided soon. Sarda Metals & Alloys ltd. has conducted Yoga training session at Kantakapalli ZPH School at Kothavalasa. The event took place on Friday aiming to concentrate on studies, personal discipline. CSR committee of SMAL has stated that this training program will be conducted on every Friday.

Sarda Metals & Alloys ltd. conducted mega medical campaign at Kantakapalli Panchayat office to provide free medication to villagers of Katakapalli, Kantakapalli, Kothuru, Nidugattu, Chinaravupalli, Kotha sunkarapalem and others. Medical checkup has been provided for more than 300 people of local villages. ECG tests, Echo Cardio tests conducted and medication is given. Specticles have been administered for 30 members.

On the occasion of world’s beach cleaning and safety day on Sunday, SMAL employees joined their hands to clean up the garbage accumulated at beach road near Lawsons Bay colony, Visakhapatnam. They collected all plastic waste materials, non-disposable materials from all over the area and disposed them in safe place.

Sarda Metals & Alloys ltd. has sponsored mineral water supply to ZPH School at Kantakapalli. Company has stated 200 liters of mineral water will be supplied on regular basis. On Wednesday SMAL embarked on the cultivation of plants to play its own role in environmental protection. Factory management has decided to plant 500 plants on both sides of Kottavalasa -Vizianagaram road. Vizianagaram division Forest Officer B. Janikirao, Industry DMD Neeraj Sarda planted the plant near the industry along with industry officials and forest personnel.

Zilla Parishad Chairperson Shobha Swati Rani said that there will be no shortage of buildings for schools in the district. On Wednesday, she inaugurated two additional classrooms constructed by Sarda Metals and Alloys in Kantakapalli zone. On this occasion, she said that the government was taking a number of initiatives to improve the quality of education in public schools as opposed to private schools. Funding will be provided to provide better facilities for students. She said the rest of the industries should also come forward to take the initiation like Sarda company. She also started a polyclinic set-up under the auspices of a factory in the same village. Medicines are provided free of cost three days a week through this clinic. She lauded the factory management for setting up such services in Kantakapalli.

Sarda Company has set up a water treatment plant (RO Plant) worth Rs 7 lakh as part of the CSR program. It was inaugurated in presence of MLA Kolla Lalita Kumari, by Company DMD Neeraj Sarda, HR GM Prabhat Mohan, AGM CV Nageswara Rao, H. Sanyasi Rao on Friday evening. Also, DMD Neeraj Sarda inaugurated a sewing training center for women. The company adopts one village a year in the surrounding areas as part of its CSR program and provides infrastructure to that village; for this, the state government has given an award to Sarda Company. PK Tripathi, AVP Pranab Kumar Ganguli, HR Shankar and others participated in the program.

The Smart Andhra Pradesh Foundation has selected 17 partners from across the state while the industry is selected from the district. On behalf of the ownership, HR AGM CV Nageswara Rao and H. Sanyasi Rao received the award on Monday at the hands of Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu. Sarda industry ownership in Kantakapalli is implementing social service programs in this area. All four classrooms in High School built by Sarda company along with round table India. In the theme of Swachcha Bharath Sarda company have set up container block toilets for people in Kantakapalli. 24x7 three-phase power supply Electricity lines and power regulator have been set up for the provision of fresh water supply in Kantapalli at a cost of about Rs. 1.50 lakhs. The Rs 7 lakh water treatment plant (R.O plant) was built at the Rs 7 lakh water treatment plant (R.O plant).

Kantakapalli Sarda Metals and Alloys Company Ownership organized a cleaning service program on Monday from the company Kantakapalli Goppu to Kantakapalli Village & Kottur. Company head Rajendra Vohra said everyone should protect the trees to prevent air pollution. We have organized programs on medical camps, computer training for the youth, etc. Provided, School Buildings, E- Toilets, Scholarships to students.
